Cowslip fields

Primula veris

Although we are not asking for records of individual cowslip plants on this occasion, as there are many which have been planted on road verges and in gardens, it would be very useful to record where you find good species-rich fields which have frequent or abundant cowslips.  This is a scarce habitat now and it would be valuable to know where they are.  Sometimes they occur as old pastures or on old reservoir banks and limestone grassland.
