Booking is Essential for all meetings unless otherwise stated.
Please email or ring the leader before each meeting to say you are coming. This helps with
planning and can be useful if there are changes to the programme. Parking is sometimes limited
so please lift share where possible. Please bring your GPS or mobile phone to field meetings if you have one.
Meet from 10.30am for an 11am start unless stated otherwise.
We always like to see photos taken at meetings which can also be submitted to our photo competition. There is now an online storage area for SRPG photographs. Contact the Website Manager for details.
Sunday 4th January, New Year Plant Hunt, Minehead and Portishead
This year we have decided to visit the west and north of the county with simultaneous hunts in Minehead and Portishead. The New Year Plant Hunt is a three-hour survey to find as many species in flower as possible, which are generally more productive in urban and coastal locations. lease come prepared with warm clothing and wet weather gear. Bring a packed lunch, drinks and a hand lens.

Please do NOT bring any plant material (living or dead) into the building. If you have material you'd like us to look at, we can do this in the car park or reception area at the end of the meeting.
Please arrive by 10.15. You will need to sign in at reception in the main building. Our aim is to begin promptly at 10.30 and will close by 13.00.

Join us for our annual social gathering (incorporating a short AGM). Please bring a contribution to the shared lunch. Entries to the Photographic Competition will be on display, to be judged by the membership. There will be a return of the ever-popular quiz, short presentations highlighting exciting records, and plenty of opportunity for conversation.
